What You’ll Be Doing

  • Implement and maintain HSE management systems, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements (MOM, SCDF, NEA, LTA)
  • Perform Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) duties under MOM requirements
  • Investigate incidents, near‑misses and occupational illnesses and prepare reports
  • Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments and statutory submissions
  • Manage contractor safety programs, medical surveillance and industrial hygiene monitoring
  • Support fire safety requirements, environmental compliance and facilities‑related activities
  • Coordinate safety training, inductions, drills and safety campaigns
  • Track HSE performance and prepare regular reports for management and Group HSE

Who We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Management, or related field
  • Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM, Singapore
  • At least 5–8 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in industrial or multi‑site environments
  • Minimally 3 years of experience in supervisory role
  • Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills
