About the Programme
The Sime Motors Singapore Management Trainee Programme is a 24-month structured development programme that will offer you a well-rounded learning experience to prepare you for future leadership roles. You will gain broad exposure and deep insights into the Group’s operations that will enable you to accelerate your career growth.
THE 24-MONTH MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAMME AT A GLANCE
- Experience: Up to 4 rotations in different units, departments or companies
- Exposure: Networking sessions with senior leaders and involvement in project assignments
- Training: Onboarding, leadership, soft skills and functional skills training
- Support Network: Regular sharing sessions with your fellow management trainees
- Mentorship: Mentorship & coaching by senior managers & leaders
What Happens After the Completion of the Programme?
Prior to your graduation from the programme, the Company will discuss with you on your career interests. Your final placement will be decided based on your individual strengths, career interests and business needs.
