Handling and resolving product and system-level issues of the project.

Recording the project delivery process, organizing project documents, and producing a project summary report after completion.

Participating in project acceptance and presentation, demonstrating the project’s effects and functions to ensure successful acceptance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics, or related fields, with fluent English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • More than one year of experience in project technical support, with familiarity in network communication technology preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and service orientation, meticulous and detail-oriented work attitude, hardworking and resilient.
  • Strong documentation writing skills.
