The predicted salary is between 30960 - 33600 £ per year.

The temp staff will support the user department in system development and related work. The key responsibilities are:

  • Assist with and manage the development and implementation of system-related projects on SalesForce Public Sector Solution, Business Grants Portal, ServiceNow (including the development of module(s), migration and verification of data, performance of user acceptance tests, documentation, etc.) from business user perspective.
  • Assist with data cleansing and maintaining databases (including checking records and data-entry).
  • Explore and apply digitalisation tools to improve work efficiency and streamline processes and reports.
  • Assist with other systems-related ad-hoc duties, such as providing support on enquiries and issues raised in relation to the system(s) or whole-of-government platform(s).
  • Assist and coordinate within the Cluster for the onboarding of schemes to the respective system(s)/platform(s).

Requirements

  • At least two years of relevant experience, including system development and/or implementation.
  • Training in Information Technology or a related discipline would be an advantage.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g. Microsoft PowerBI) and customer relationship management platforms (e.g. SalesForce) will be an added advantage.
  • Must be experienced in Power BI and Chatbots.

Contract duration: 1 year

Working Arrangement: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm; Friday: 8.30am to 5.00pm

Location: Alexandra Road

Salary: $2,580 to $2,800
