Responsibilities:
- Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / suppliers & freight forwarders etc)
- Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, sailing schedule arrangement / invoice & BL checking etc)
- Supplier and customer management (order backlog & forecast management)
- May be required to travel on a case-by-case basis (F2F meeting or remote meeting)
- Inventory control (for temporary & BCP stock)
- Cost analysis (awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc)
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good team player, time management, accuracy and problem-solving skills
- Must be comfortable with working overtime occasionally and overseas travel
