Position: Coordinator - Supply Chain Management Team (Job ID: 20160)

Location: Alexandra Road

Hybrid work arrangement

Basic + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / suppliers & freight forwarders etc)
  • Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, sailing schedule arrangement / invoice & BL checking etc)
  • Supplier and customer management (order backlog & forecast management)
  • May be required to travel on a case-by-case basis (F2F meeting or remote meeting)
  • Inventory control (for temporary & BCP stock)
  • Cost analysis (awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge in Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good team player, time management, accuracy and problem-solving skills
  • Must be comfortable with working overtime occasionally and overseas travel
