- Oversee and maintain inventory accuracy across both forward and reverse logistics through effective controls.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in logistics, RMA, and online order management is preferred.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in handling, controlling, receiving, shipping, and storing electronic products.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data processing and reporting.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend improvements.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in returns handling and e-commerce/marketplaces (e.g., Amazon) is an advantage.
