Job Purpose: Support end-to-end supply chain operations including logistics coordination, inventory management, order processing, and reporting across APAC markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with 3PL providers on inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery
- Issue sales orders and handle billing for Singapore consignment business
- Perform monthly stock reconciliation for consignment inventory with Singapore distributor / e-commerce partners
- Monitor and process inventory transactions in ERP system
- Manage customer purchase orders across APAC, including invoice processing, credit notes, and pricing verification
- Highlight discrepancies to Sales and follow up with Finance
