We are seeking a Saturation Diving Operations Manager to oversee and manage saturation diving operations for underground tunnel projects. The role involves providing technical and operational leadership to ensure that saturation diving activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and operational oversight for saturation diving systems and activities.
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate day-to-day saturation diving operations, including preparation, execution, and monitoring.
  • Ensure the safe operation of saturation diving systems in underground and deep tunnel environments.
  • Ensure compliance with project safety requirements, company procedures, and applicable regulatory and safety standards, including LTA requirements where applicable.
  • Coordinate closely with diving supervisors, engineers, safety personnel, and project management teams to support project delivery.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • At least four (4) years of relevant experience providing technical support for saturation diving operations.
  • At least four (4) years of relevant experience in operations management for saturation diving projects.
  • Experience managing or supporting saturation diving systems in deep or high-pressure environments.
  • Possession of a valid OPITO-approved BOSIET with CA-EBS certification, or equivalent certification required for saturation diving operations.
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage operational risks in complex project environments.
