Responsibilities:

  • Learning about works in the applications and systems essential to the operation of the company business.
  • Applying your application management, software development and project management knowledge in your assigned tasks.
  • Working with other IT departments to deliver the assigned tasks.
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
  • Gaining insight and chance to learn Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Bot Building.
  • Building bots to interact with any system or application to assist in automation of tasks.
  • Gathering requirements and performing testing, troubleshooting and training of the bot tools.
  • Producing documentation of the automated processes.
  • Applying knowledge of software engineering framework and working out a procedure to identify and translate business processes into automation.
