The predicted salary is between 25000 - 32000 £ per year.

Maintaining project documentation.

Communicating the project’s progress with supervisors, subcontractors & site teams.

Managing the project’s budget, resources and timeline.

Participating in project design meetings / coordination and proposing improvements if necessary.

Evaluating potential problems and technical hitches and developing solutions.

Planning and managing team goals and new information.

Coordinating all team members to keep workflow on track.

Managing project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.

Visiting site when required (admin monitoring only).

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder.
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in project admin or site admin preferred.
  • Experience in construction-related admin or documentation is an advantage.
  • Able to interpret / understand simple construction drawings and track materials.

5.5 working days: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm); Saturday (9am – 1pm).
