About the Role
As a Marketing Executive, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives within the automotive sector, working closely with appointed dealers, brand principals, and external partners. You will play a key role in driving showroom traffic, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting overall sales performance through effective campaign execution and retail‑level engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with dealers to plan and execute showroom promotions, roadshows, test drive events, and local marketing activations.
- Execute distributor and principal‑led campaigns, including new model launches and promotional activities.
- Act as the main marketing liaison for dealers, providing guidance on campaigns, brand usage, and best practices.
- Coordinate production and distribution of marketing collaterals in line with brand guidelines.
- Support events and exhibitions, including planning, on‑site coordination, and post‑event reporting.
- Assist with public relations and media activities such as press events, media coordination, and coverage tracking.
- Ensure all marketing executions comply with brand governance and approval processes.
- Support budget tracking, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and marketing financial reporting.
- Prepare campaign performance reports, dealer participation tracking, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in automotive, retail, or dealer‑based marketing will be an added advantage.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
Working Days: 5 days (Mon–Thurs: 8:30 am–6:00 pm, Fri: 8:30 am–5:30 pm).
Location: Queenstown.
