Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property projects and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
- Plan and manage office events, client engagement activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and BD initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals to support business growth.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking clients.
