Responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, including formulating and revising the company's standard contract templates, as well as reviewing various business contracts, correspondence, and related documentation.

Participate in handling the company's legal disputes and litigation globally, involving but not limited to commercial disputes and intellectual property disputes, effectively protecting the company's interests.

Provide comprehensive legal and compliance support to ensure that the company's operations comply with relevant legal requirements, including but not limited to export control, taxation, intellectual property, and data compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with a background in law; must hold a legal professional qualification certificate.
  • Excellent written communication skills, comprehensive legal risk analysis abilities, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
