We are hiring a Human Resource / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage recruitment and HR operations across our businesses. This role is critical to scaling teams efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Draft and manage employment contracts, NDAs, and HR documentation
- Handle onboarding, probation tracking, and performance documentation
- Manage employee records, leave tracking, and HR compliance
- Support talent development and retention initiatives
- Act as the main HR point-of-contact
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of HR or recruitment experience
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred
