Lead office space search, evaluation, and leasing processes, including liaison with property agents, reviewing lease terms, and managing end-to-end execution.

Support Employment Pass (EP) application processes and employee onboarding documentation in compliance with MOM regulations, working closely with external HR/legal advisors.
Maintain contract management, filing systems, and documentation records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Liaise with company secretary, government agencies, banks, and external service providers as required.
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to management as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant administrative or office management experience in Singapore.
- Prior experience in office relocation, new office setup, or lease negotiation is highly preferred.
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with local job platforms (LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture, JobStreet).
- Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations, CPF contributions, and MOM processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, etc.).
