Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Review and maintain payroll data including attendance, overtime, and leave records
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist with statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, IRAS)
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy
  • Support onboarding and offboarding, including contracts and HR documentation
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies
  • Liaise with government agencies (e.g., MOM, CPF Board, IRAS) when required
  • Handle foreign worker matters, including WP, SPass, EP, visas, renewals, and cancellations
  • Administer related areas such as insurance, bonds, accommodation, home leave, and repatriation in line with MOM requirements
  • Handle employee enquiries on HR matters and provide general HR administrative support
  • Support HR initiatives, projects, and employee engagement activities

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR/payroll experience preferred
  • Familiar with Singapore payroll practices and CPF regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; tech-savvy and open to learning new systems
