Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and handle general enquiries
- Greet, check‑in, and assist customers upon arrival
- Ensure showroom cleanliness and display car condition (interior & exterior)
- Provide refreshments and ensure positive customer experience
- Perform general administrative and ad‑hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience as receptionist or customer service/front desk role
- Customer‑oriented with strong service attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and people‑focused personality
- Basic MS Office and data entry skills
- Able to work weekends and Public Holidays
- Willing to work at different locations when required
