We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Officer to manage customer interactions and support showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls and attend to general enquiries
  • Greet customers, perform check-in, and announce their arrival
  • Manage the Sales Executive turn system
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, tidy, and well-organized
  • Maintain display vehicles (interior and exterior) in presentable condition
  • Serve refreshments to customers
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Prior experience in receptionist or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Customer-oriented with a positive service attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and people-focused personality
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and data entry
  • Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays (replacement off will be provided)
  • Willing to work at offsite locations when required

Working Schedule

  • 2 off days per week
  • Mon to Sat Shifts: 0830 – 1600 / 1630 / 1730 / 1900, 0900 – 1800 / 1900, 1000 – 1900
  • Sun / Public Holiday Shifts: 0930 – 1700 / 1730 / 1800, 1000 – 1800
