We are seeking a versatile and proactive Executive Assistant & HR Executive to support senior leadership while overseeing core HR operations. This hybrid role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic support with hands-on execution in HR matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support
    • Provide full administrative and business support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling.
    • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Act as a key liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Track key initiatives, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
  • HR Operations & Administration
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication).
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and employee setup.
    • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Assist in payroll coordination, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
  • HR Business Support
    • Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
    • Assist in performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Handle employee queries on HR-related matters.
    • Work closely with leadership on organizational planning and hiring needs.
  • Office & Culture Management
    • Oversee day-to-day office operations and vendor coordination.
    • Plan company events, team-building activities, and internal communications.
    • Help foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, HR, or hybrid roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications
