Job Description:
- Liaise with 3PL on inbound/outbound shipments & logistics issues
- Process sales orders, billings, invoices & credit notes (APAC region)
- Perform monthly inventory & consignment stock reconciliation
- Update inventory transactions in ERP system
- Maintain shipping records & ensure export documentation compliance
- Generate inventory & sales reports for management/customers
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or related
- Min. 1–3 years supply chain / logistics / inventory experience
- Familiar with export documentation & LC
- Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP), Word & PowerPoint
- ERP system exposure
- Good analytical skills & team player
