Responsibilities
- Assist customers with GIA reporting and insurance claim documentation
- Prepare repair quotations, invoices, and claim-related documents
- Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for repair assessments and approvals
- Arrange rental vehicles for customers when required
- Track parts availability and repair progress
- Process reimbursement claims (e.g., loss-of-use, rental vehicle claims)
- Follow up with insurers on outstanding payments and claim matters
- Liaise with service providers and internal teams regarding claims
- Prepare monthly administrative reports
- Support customer service team by handling incoming calls professionally
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance claims administration
- Experience working with insurance companies and surveyors is an advantage
- Customer-focused with good communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
