The Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF) is seeking a commercially driven Chief Executive Officer to scale the Federation's impact, strengthen its relevance, and build strategic partnerships that support the continued growth and transformation of Singapore's manufacturing sector.
The CEO is accountable for SMF's overall performance, strategic direction, and financial outcomes. Key priorities include driving membership growth and retention by delivering strong, differentiated value propositions; diversifying and scaling SMF's service offerings; and ensuring robust financial performance to support long-term sustainability.
As SMF's principal executive leader, the CEO will define and execute strategy with discipline, build and align high-performing teams around clear and measurable outcomes, and serve as the Federation's chief representative to government agencies, industry leaders, and international partners.
The ideal candidate will be operating at, or have operated at, C-suite level, with strong foresight into the evolving business and manufacturing landscape in Singapore and the region. The role requires a deep understanding of commercial and manufacturing challenges, as well as the ability to work effectively within Singapore's public-sector and government-collaboration environment.
