The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Officer - Customer Service to be part of the Mercedes-Benz customer service team. You will be taking on the boutique sales portfolio. Being in a dynamic environment, you are expected to adapt, pick up and apply new skills and knowledge which will be necessary to your success in this role.
The Job
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide professional product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Drive boutique sales and achieve team sales targets.
- Attend to customer enquiries, both in-person and via email or phone.
- Perform cashiering duties, including processing payments and maintaining accurate daily sales and transaction records.
- Manage pre-orders and proactively update customers on order and delivery status.
- Monitor and maintain boutique inventory levels, including placing replenishment orders when necessary.
- Ensure stock accuracy through monthly stock takes.
- Maintain proper records of inventory movement, sales reports, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare, process, and manage invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and other related administrative paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the boutique is well-maintained, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels and above with preferably at least 2 years of retail service experience.
- Demonstrate good communication skills with excellent customer service attitude.
- Well-versed in the English language.
