Responsibilities
- Handle incoming mail and faxed instructions
- Attend to phone enquiries from internal departments or business units regarding received instructions
- Record, track, and batch instructions for processing
- Perform end‑of‑day reconciliation to ensure all batched documents are duly processed
- Execute financial transactions, including fund transfers and card waivers
- Carry out administrative duties, including proper filing and maintenance of documents
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' + 'A' Level, Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Good working attitude, responsible and proactive
- Have good follow‑up skills and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
