We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager with experience integrating AI technology with hardware and strong knowledge of consumer and/or commercial markets. Deep expertise in a specific technology domain (e.g., smart homes, IoT, robotics or AI‑driven platforms) is preferred. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, technical understanding and market insight to drive AI product innovation and growth in an emerging strategic area for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive industry market research, demand analysis and competitive benchmarking across target regions and countries.
  • Identify new product opportunities and new application scenarios leveraging AI capabilities, based on market trends and existing product capabilities, and communicate insights promptly to internal stakeholders.
  • Define and maintain a clear product strategy, supporting the overall product roadmap and aligning with company objectives.
  • Translate strategic goals and market insights into actionable product requirements, user stories and marketing inputs for cross‑functional teams.
  • Lead and support user research initiatives to uncover customer needs, pain points, workflows and adoption barriers.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering teams across the full development lifecycle to ensure alignment from concept to launch.
  • Drive launch readiness planning, including AI product positioning, messaging, sales collateral and promotional initiatives.
  • Support the sales team with product knowledge, training materials, competitive insights and customer‑facing content to achieve commercial targets.
  • Prioritise the Asia region as the first launch market before initiating broader global marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to execute new product launch promotions and market education activities.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including planning and coordination for early‑stage introduction, growth and maturity phases.
  • Track product performance post‑launch, analyse user feedback, customer demand signals and operational data to drive continuous improvements.
  • Formulate standardised product packages or bundles based on market needs and internal capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners in agile processes, ensuring strong alignment between market needs, product requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise product value, enhance user experience and strengthen competitive differentiation.
Requirements
  • Minimum Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Product Management or related functions.
  • Experience in the consumer market, preferably within the Asia region.
  • Experience with AI applications or a background in a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience supporting product launches, sales enablement or market‑facing initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across regions and work effectively with headquarters.
  • Independent and self‑driven, able to take ownership of tasks and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in Chinese is a plus for effective interaction with Chinese‑speaking stakeholders.
  • Candidates must meet legal requirements to work in Singapore without sponsorship.
