About the Role
We are now seeking an experienced AI Application Development Engineer that is proficient with the latest AI tools to drive for continuous performance improvement and functional iteration of the company's products.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the functional iteration of the company's products; strive for excellence and continuously improve the system's performance in terms of user experience, response speed, stability, security, and cost;
- Track new technologies in areas such as LLM and AI Agents, and verify and implement them in conjunction with business scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field;
- At least 3 years of software development experience with a solid engineering foundation;
- Background in backend, client-side, or web-based development, with in-depth understanding and practical project experience in at least one of these areas, capable of independently completing module design, development, deployment, and iteration;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Candidates with experience in developing core functions for large-scale projects or complex business systems is preferred;
- Candidates with experience in AI product development is preferred;
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) language in both verbal and written media is essential to communicate with key stakeholders and cross-functional project team members based in China.
