Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of Connected (Telematics) service development projects.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate communication with internal teams and distributors.
  • Oversee system integration, data flow validation, and end-to-end testing.
  • Prepare launch readiness plans and communication materials for distributors.
  • Monitor service performance and drive corrective actions after launch.
  • Analyze usage data and customer feedback to propose service improvements.
  • Maintain project documentation and governance reporting.
  • Manage project budgets.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology or Project Management or System Development.
  • No Experience Welcome as on the job training provided.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving skills and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
  • 2 positions available, Jap MNC, 5 days week.

Good-to-Have Requirements

  • Experience in after-sales, vehicle quality, or technical service operations.
  • Knowledge of Connected (Telematics) vehicle technologies, mobile apps, or cloud services.
