Job Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly/yearly financial reports, cash flow and management accounts
- Handle costing and manufacturing accounting functions
- Monitor inventory, production costing and stock reconciliation
- Handle GST submission and liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks, government authority and submitting surveys
- Process payroll, CPF contributions, IR8A submission and include work permits applications and renewals
- Maintain and update accounting, payroll and ERP system
- Manage HR matters including staff records, leave and onboarding
- Oversee office administration and general documentation
- Provide basic IT coordination and software support for office operations
- Liaise with software vendors for payroll, accounting and ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Support management on finance, operational matters and ad hoc requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting, HR and payroll
- Experience in manufacturing accounting and costing is preferred
- Similar working experience an advantage
- Knowledge of full set accounts and Singapore payroll regulations
- Familiar with payroll software (infotech system), ERP and accounting software
- Basic IT knowledge and ability to coordinate software/system issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Responsible, organized, able to work independently and meet internal/external deadlines
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
