Job Description:
- Support and report to Group Director, handle recruitment, supervise Wealth Manager and ensure the unit complies with all policies and regulations.
- Establish an agency through quality recruitment and selection of Wealth Manager.
- Build and develop through supervision, training and coaching activities.
- Adhere to the Training and Competency requirements set out in the T&C Plan.
- The activities include conducting coaching sessions, joint field work and meetings for their Wealth Manager.
- Prepare for coaching and meeting sessions.
- Establish goals for the unit.
- Attend Branch meetings, company events and training.
- Pursue professional competence courses.
- Ensure Wealth Manager is competent to perform the roles and responsibilities.
- Identify and develop potential Wealth Manager to assume future leadership roles.
- Assist Group Director in the development of the Branch.
Requirements:
- Min full A level & Local Polytechnic Diploma.
- At least 1 year of wealth management or investment experience.
