Working hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm

Salary: Basic + 0.5 month completion bonus

6 months contract (Extendable/Convertible to Perm)

Responsibilities

  • Financial Accounting
    • Assist with monthly closing activities and preparation of journals.
    • Prepare and review account reconciliations and financial schedules.
    • Maintain the chart of accounts and support statutory accounts & XBRL requirements.
    • Provide support during audits and insurance renewals.
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
    • Review sales and purchase ledgers.
    • Support intercompany billings and debtors/vendors reconciliation.
    • Prepare commissions, payroll journals, and vendor payments.
  • GST & Tax
    • Assist with GST submissions and reconciliation tests.
    • Prepare tax and deferred tax workings.
    • Support corporate tax computations alongside Head Office and tax consultants.
  • Fixed Assets & Capex
    • Maintain the fixed asset register and capex records.
    • Prepare costing for demo registrations.
  • Cashflow & Banking
    • Monitor daily cashflow and update daily reports.
    • Liaise with financial institutions on account, signatory, and funding matters.
  • Cross-functional Support
    • Provide guidance to shared services and operations on day-to-day accounting matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving
