We are seeking a versatile and proactive Executive Assistant & HR Executive to support senior leadership while overseeing core HR operations. This hybrid role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic support with hands-on execution in HR matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Provide full administrative and business support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a key liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Track key initiatives, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
- HR Operations & Administration
- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication).
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and employee setup.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in payroll coordination, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
- HR Business Support
- Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Assist in performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee queries on HR-related matters.
- Work closely with leadership on organizational planning and hiring needs.
- Office & Culture Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and vendor coordination.
- Plan company events, team-building activities, and internal communications.
- Help foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–7+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, HR, or hybrid roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in startups or regional HQ environments.
