Job Purpose: Plan, execute turnaround electrical activities and site infrastructure electrical projects safely, efficiently, in accordance with applicable premises, turnaround work processes, and local standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective turnaround planning for all turnaround related activities electrical works.
  • Support all aspects of turnaround phases from strategic planning, preparation and execution which includes shutdown, maintenance & project execution, commissioning & startup, lookbacks, closure for learning and future planning.
  • Coordinate during planning with turnaround team, site electrical engineers, in-house contractors, vendors and specialists.
  • Coordinate during execution with contractors, update progress schedule, responsible for quality assurance aspects and completion status, verify daily Value of Work Done (VOWD), management of turnaround files & records, participate in lessons learned & look back process reviewing for improvements in terms of planning & scheduling.
  • Support the preparation & implementation of logistic and temporary power supplies.
  • Prioritise conflicting activities/tasks and forgo lesser priority work due to constraints, if needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronics engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of total experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or power generation industries with strong hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, or field execution.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination of electrical works.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, familiarity with Outlook, Microsoft Teams or SharePoint.
  • Engage stakeholders on those high-risk activities, key risks and issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret Single Line Diagram, schematic diagrams and equipment general arrangement drawings.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions during unplanned events.
  • LEW qualification is an advantage.
