Review customer inquiries for the company's import and export freight and logistics business scopes.

Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for customers.

Clarify and negotiate proposals with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Review customer orders to ensure consistency with quotations offered.

Prepare and process import and export shipping documentation and liaise with relevant stakeholders such as shippers, consignees, various authorities, and shipping and overseas agents to execute freight operations in a proper and efficient manner.

Liaise with logistics appointed subcontractors and supervise the delivery of related logistics services to ensure they are delivered properly and efficiently.

Take appropriate actions for non-conforming services and provide feedback for continual improvement.

Perform necessary corrective and continual improvement actions and programs as directed by management.
