Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage reservation-related requests, including stay preferences, date amendments, and cancellation waiver requests.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences, needs, and feedback.
- Investigate, follow up, and resolve guest concerns efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Property Management Systems (e.g., Infor HMS, Opera) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team and manage high volumes of email correspondence efficiently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
