Conexus Studio is seeking to recruit creative individuals with excellent skills in space planning and conceptualizing innovative workplace design that accentuate our client’s corporate image and provide their employees with a conducive and pleasant workplace.
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handle incoming leads and opportunities, and compile for Management’s qualifications.
- Lead the development of compelling and compliant RFP responses and pitch decks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, to gather information and develop proposal content.
- Organize and disseminate tender addendums and clarifications and provide timely responses.
- Ensure that RFP submissions meet all requirements, including those related to format, content, and timeline.
- Manage the proposal process from start to finish, including coordination of internal and external resources, review and approval processes, and submission.
- Prepare presentation slides and materials for tender interviews.
- Assist Management in handling Agreement/Contract on awarded projects.
- Develop and maintain a library of reusable proposal content, including case studies, testimonials, staff Curriculum Vitae and boilerplate texts.
- Maintain a strong and cohesive set of sales and RFP documentation in line with Conexus branding guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and customer needs and incorporate this knowledge into proposal development.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Support and drive improvements in processes, collaborating with various departments.
Requirement
- 5 years and above of experience in proposal development, bid management, or a similar role in a relevant industry.
- Experience in sectors in Design and Build and frequently engage in tender and RFP process will be an advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across all functions.
- Awareness of trends in the market or industry to tailor bids for competitive advantage.
- Good analytical and research skills.
- Good attention to detail and high quality of work.
- Excellent ability to manage concurrent projects and tasks while meeting competing deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Microsoft Word & PowerPoint.
