Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the commercial team as well as other departments on daily functional matters.
  • Handle, track (where applicable) and follow up with internal/external stakeholders on all documentation/submissions including but not limited to correspondence, claims, certificates, warranties, invoices etc.
  • Timely upload/update of information and documentation into ERP system and required platforms.
  • Maintain, update and follow up on the respective tracking lists for monitoring.
  • Provide support on other commercial related functions as required by the team from time to time.

Requirements

  • GCE O Levels or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently.
  • Ability to organize, plan and strategize within the timeline.
  • Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
