Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the commercial team as well as other departments on daily functional matters.
- Handle, track (where applicable) and follow up with internal/external stakeholders on all documentation/submissions including but not limited to correspondence, claims, certificates, warranties, invoices etc.
- Timely upload/update of information and documentation into ERP system and required platforms.
- Maintain, update and follow up on the respective tracking lists for monitoring.
- Provide support on other commercial related functions as required by the team from time to time.
Requirements
- GCE O Levels or equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude.
- Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently.
- Ability to organize, plan and strategize within the timeline.
- Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
