The predicted salary is between 30000 - 30000 £ per year.

Any 4 Weekdays (10am to 7pm) / Every Saturday (1pm to 5pm). Total Working hours: 36 hours per week only. Every 1 Weekday, Sunday and Public Holiday off. Company uniform provided with Full Dress with black shoes on Monday - Thursday. Company Shirt is provided on Friday and Saturday half day with own pants and black shoes. Changing room and washing machines available in the office.

Gross Salary $3000 Max (inclusive of Basic $2600 + $200 Attendance allowance + $100 Meal allowance + $100 transport allowance with good variable bonus paid twice a year). All allowance is entitled during the 3 months' probation period. Basic Salary will be adjusted according to individual attitude and performance after 3 months' probation. 10 mins walk shelter all the way from Circle Line Labrador Park MRT Station.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accounting Support:
  • Assist in preparing and processing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
  • Bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable tracking.
  • Help with bank and petty cash reconciliations and maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of financial documents for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Support the preparation of monthly reports and assist during audits.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
    • Handle general communication such as answering phone calls and managing emails.
    • Maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical) for administrative and accounting documents.
    • Provide general assistance to the team and management for administrative or finance-related projects and tasks as needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    REQUIREMENTS
    • Willing to comply by wearing company uniform and the working hours stated above.
    • Experience: At least 2 - 3 years of experience in Admin & Accounts or related roles.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with simple accounts and finance.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
