Responsibilities:
- Vehicle & Showroom Support
- Receive and update car arrivals in system
- Ensure showroom cars meet display standards
- Verify warranty and servicing details
- Plan refurbishment work to meet KPI turnaround time
- Perform basic checks and complete inspection forms
- Liaise with vendors for car grooming and repairs
- Check car condition and prepare for delivery
- Accountable for delivery packs
- Plan and manage movement of cars
- Generate and attend to purchase orders
- Arrange inspections for road tax renewals
- Order number plates and parts accurately
- Manage loan cars and related documents
- Ensure showroom and cars are ready for audits and events
- Monitor stock movement and ensure smooth operations
- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders
