Our client is a globally recognised organisation within the maritime and energy transportation sector, with a strong presence across international LNG markets. Due to continued growth within their London-based operations, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Marketing & Chartering to support the expansion of their LNG commercial activities across Europe and Africa.
This is a commercially focused position responsible for driving business development initiatives for conventional LNG carriers across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new customer relationships, strengthening existing partnerships, supporting tender processes for LNG projects, and working closely with internal stakeholders across Europe, Asia, and global asset management teams.
The role will also involve representing the business at industry events, monitoring European LNG market activity, and contributing to strategic commercial decision-making within the chartering and marketing function.
The requirements for this role are:
- Proven commercial experience within the LNG market, with a strong understanding of the sector, commercial structures, and key industry stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in LNG business development and chartering, with the ability to identify, develop, and secure new commercial opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with full professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
