We are now seeking a Crewing Fleet Manager to oversee all crewing operations for an assigned fleet. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations, company policies, and client requirements, while maintaining efficient and safe operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing manpower supply, supervising day-to-day crewing activities, supporting vessels entering or leaving management, and driving continuous improvement across crewing processes. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this position also contributes to performance analysis, cost control, and team development, making it a critical function within the organisation.
Requirements:
- Seagoing experience as a Deck or Engine Officer, or a relevant degree with a minimum of five years’ experience in the maritime industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop crewing teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of written and spoken English
- In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations and compliance standards
- Proven ability to manage operations efficiently, including budget control, performance improvement, and stakeholder engagement
