Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Crewing Manager to join their UK team.

The Crewing Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all crewing activities, ensuring the effective supply of qualified personnel to meet client requirements across offshore and maritime operations. The successful candidate will oversee day‑to‑day crewing functions, maintain strong relationships with clients and manning partners, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and provide leadership, guidance and development to the crewing team. Requirements:

  • 8+ years’ experience within crewing, crew management or marine HR
