As part of ongoing expansion and organisational development, they are now looking to appoint a Head of Facilities to join their senior leadership team. This role holds full strategic and operational responsibility for facilities management across six major sites, supporting complex manufacturing operations and future growth plans.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and finance, the Head of Facilities will set direction across compliance, asset performance, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position plays a critical role in ensuring operational continuity, long-term estate planning, and the effective coordination of people, plant, and external contractors within a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities- Lead strategic and operational facilities management across six sites, ensuring alignment with ongoing growth plans and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, finance, and other stakeholders to set direction on compliance, asset performance, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure operational continuity, long-term estate planning, and effective coordination of people, plant, and external contractors in a regulated environment.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a senior facilities or estates management role within a complex operational environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of building services, utilities, and industrial machinery.
- Proven experience leading multi-site facilities operations and managing third-party contractors.
- Demonstrable understanding of health, safety, environmental, and statutory compliance frameworks.
- Confident senior stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at executive and board level.
- Strategic mindset with a clear focus on continuous improvement and long-term asset planning.
