They are seeking a Commercial Manager to drive business development, investment opportunities, and portfolio growth within their gas infrastructure division.

Working closely with senior leadership, this role will involve market analysis, deal origination, structuring, and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring alignment with long‑term corporate strategy. The position also carries responsibility for post‑investment portfolio performance, governance, and senior‑level relationship management across diverse international markets.

The requirements for this role are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or related discipline; postgraduate qualification (MBA preferred).
  • 8–10 years’ experience in project development, investment, or commercial management within Oil & Gas, LNG, or Offshore sectors.
  • Proven track record in originating, structuring, and executing complex investment or commercial deals.
  • Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas value chain, particularly upstream and LNG/offshore markets.
  • Advanced financial and analytical skills, including modelling and risk assessment.
  • Demonstrated experience in due diligence, governance processes, and working with legal, tax, and financial advisors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with cultural adaptability and international exposure.
