Based in Wiltshire, we combine innovative technology with expert teams to meet client needs efficiently and sustainably. The Role We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join our clients dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility of remote working, with occasional travel to their Wiltshire office once per week. Using Causeway Estimating Software, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and competitive tenders for projects across a variety of sectors, including highways, earthworks and commercial developments. Key Responsibilities * Tender Preparation: * * Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contract documents to prepare detailed cost estimates. * Use Causeway software to prepare and submit tenders. * Cost Evaluation: * * Assess material, labor, and equipment costs while considering project-specific risks. * Develop and maintain supplier and subcontractor relationships to ensure accurate and competitive pricing. * Collaboration: * * Work closely with the project team, clients, and external stakeholders during pre-construction phases. * Attend project meetings, client briefings, and tender interviews as required. * Market Insight: * * Stay updated with industry trends, market rates, and advancements in earthworks and civil engineering technologies.
