  • Professional membership of a relevant body (e.g., Institution of Civil Engineers), ideally Chartered or working towards Chartered status.
  • Former Royal Navy navigation or marine operations background.
  • Previous experience within a consultancy environment.
  • Familiarity with maritime simulation systems, marine risk assessment, or hydrodynamic modelling.

This Oxford-based hybrid role offers a competitive package including.

  • an excellent pension scheme (up to 20% combined contribution)
  • private healthcare options
  • opportunities for professional growth within a respected, research-led organisation

If you’re ready to apply your maritime expertise to innovative, research-driven projects that make a global impact, we’d love to hear from you.
