Chief Stew - 45m+ Private/Charter Motor Yacht
We are seeking an experienced Chief Stew to lead a team of three on board a 45m+ motor yacht operating a private and charter programme. The owners enjoy spending time on board and entertaining friends, so this is a great opportunity for someone who excels in traditional, hands‑on hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
The Details
- Salary: $7,500–$8,000 per month
- Leave: 40 days
- Interior Team: 3
- Programme: Private and charter
- Winter: Caribbean, with charters starting in December
- Summer: Likely Mediterranean, with plans to be confirmed
- Additional: Potential yacht show attendance
The Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Stew or strong Second Stew ready to step up
- Excellent service skills with a keen eye for detail
- Confident leading and supporting a small interior team
- A traditional, polished approach to hospitality, including welcome drinks on the owners’ arrival and entertaining guests
- Organised, proactive and able to maintain high standards across both private and charter use
- Valid B1/B2 visa and Schengen visa, where required
