Bosun - 45m+ Private/Charter Motor Yacht
We are seeking a hands-on, enthusiastic Bosun to join a 45m+ motor yacht operating a private and charter programme. The owners enjoy using the yacht and entertaining friends, so this is a great opportunity to be part of a busy, varied operation with an excellent deck team.
The Details
- Salary: $6,000
- Leave: 40 days
- Programme: Private and charter
- Winter: Caribbean, with charters starting in December
- Summer: Likely Mediterranean, with plans to be confirmed
- Additional: Potential yacht show attendance
The Requirements
- Previous yachting experience in a Bosun or senior deckhand position
- Ideally working towards their OOW qualification
- A strong all-rounder with excellent deck skills
- Confident tender driver, experienced with guest transfers and beach drop-offs/pick-ups
- A proactive team player who takes pride in maintaining high standards
- Valid B1/B2 visa and Schengen visa, where required
This is an excellent opportunity for a capable Bosun looking to develop their career, gain further experience and work alongside a strong deck team on an active private and charter yacht.
