This Tech Lead position is with a startup who are improving the lives of cancer patients by helping them with exercise, diet plans, and their mental well-being.
You will be the first Tech Lead (and the first in-house technical hire) so you'll have a lot of scope to shape the engineering culture and architecture.
The off-shore development team is based in India so experience managing remote teams is essential.
The current stack is below and as this is a startup, some hands-on work should be expected to start with.
Java Kotlin Swift Angular Node The successful Tech Lead will be able to work mostly remotely (one day in the office post-Covid) and will be rewarded with up to 100,000 plus equity/options.
