We\’ve been retained by a B2C business to identify a product manager for a new role for the business as aSenior Growth Product Managerspecifically targeted on ownership of the customer retention strategy.
You’ll lead the roadmap to reduce churn, increase LTV, and build a seamless lifecycle from offboarding insights to win-back campaigns. Your work won’t spend months going through committee, it will go live, get tested, and shape the future of the product.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading retention and churn strategy across the full subscription lifecycle
- Identifying and solving issues, before they result in cancellation
- Partnering with a “phenomenal” analytics and data team, design, and engineering to implement scalable solutions
- Own offboarding processes and win back loops
What You’ll Need:
- Have spent at least seven years to really get to grips with LTV in a product, growth, or lifecycle role with a significant personal focus on churn and retention
- Hands-on experience with experimentation, customer research, and funnel analysis
- Be deeply analytical yet able to story-tell the data and plan to wider team around you.
